Choose Export in the header, pick where to save the MP4 and choose Export. It matches your video’s size, frame rate and orientation. The arrow beside it lets you pick a smaller size.
Choose the arrow beside Export to pick a size. The first is Full quality (your video’s own size), then smaller sizes marked Smaller file.
Choose Export (or press ⌘E). A box named Export video asks where to save the MP4. It starts in your last export folder.
Watch the ring in the header. When it finishes, choose it and then Show in Finder or Open.

The file is an MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio. Sizes are 4K, 1440p, 1080p and 720p, and only those below your video’s own are offered. Currently Yapp Studio does not upscale or change the frame rate.
After an export it checks the frames, size, frame rate, length and sound, and warns you under the finished export if something is off, including The video is silent.

You
Export it at 1080p and tell me where it is.
Your agent saves in the project’s exports folder unless you give a path, and never replaces an existing file.
Exports that keep going in the background
An export keeps running if you leave the project, go home or open another one. A ring in the header shows how it is going, and you can cancel from it.
Only one export runs at a time. Another waits ("Waiting: starts when … is done") and starts by itself.
The ring in the header fills as it goes and shows a count when several are lined up. Choose it for the Exports list with steps like Rendering video and Mixing audio.
While the open project is exporting, the Export button becomes Cancel export.
Finished rows say Exported … and offer Show in Finder and Open. Close clears them.
If you quit while one runs, Yapp Studio asks An export is still running. Quit and stop it?. Keep exporting is the default.
